We would like to welcome you to the Inaugural Southern Ontario Nursing Resource Team Conference. Our goal is to build connections, create a venue for knowledge sharing, and to foster a sense of community for NRT nurses. This will be an opportunity to celebrate the successes, recognize common strengths, explore challenges and solutions, and discuss possibilities for the future of NRTs.

Who Should Attend: Managers, Leadership and Staff Nurses who are involved in NRTs or are interested in learning more about NRTs.

Early Bird Cost: $40-Register by February 1, 2012
Late Registration Cost: $50- Deadline for registration: March 1, 2012

Spaces are limited. Conference attendance certificates will be issued for professional continuing education requirements.
