Together, these video vignettes represent a portrait of what the Family Practice Registered Nurse in Ontario looks like today. Personal narratives from exemplary FP-RNs across Ontario, such as those depicted in the clips below, have helped to inform the roles and competency framework that emerged from this research. We hope that the audience will see this collection of inspirational documentary vignettes as a reflection of FP-RNs as a whole – a group to be celebrated for their many qualities and contributions to primary healthcare and patient/client care.
