The Osteoporosis Exercise Guide is a unique exercise book designed for all adults who are interested in taking charge of their bone health. Authored by Dr. Angela Cheung, Director of the Osteoporosis Program at University Health Network (UHN) and kinesiologist, Joyce Pan Mightis, the book is based on more than 15 years of clinical experience in working with osteoporosis patients. It provides detailed instructions on exercises that are most beneficial in building bone strength and also provides important guidelines for daily activities in order to prevent injuries and fractures.
