Who We Are

Sandy Ayers
Administrative Assistant

Sandy has been part of UHN for 23 years. Fifteen of those years were spent in the Division of Cardiology as an Administrative Secretary at Toronto General Hospital. Recently, Sandy worked as a Billing Administrator for the Division of Hematology/Oncology at Princess Margaret Hospital.

Although Sandy is new to the field of neurooncology, having had a close family member die of Alzheimer's disease has opened her eyes to the impact brain disease can have on a patient and their family. Sandy feels that working at the Pencer Brain Tumor Centre will give her the opportunity to give back to the community and help to make a difference in someone's life.
