American Brain Tumor Association
The American Brain Tumor Association is a member of the North American Brain Tumor Coalition. This organization is dedicated to eliminating brain tumors by funding and encouraging research; providing educational materials and objective resource information to patients, their families, and the medical professionals who treat them; promoting excellence in patient care; and advocating the investigation of research and treatment approaches.
The International Brain Tumour Alliance (IBTA)
The International Brain Tumour Alliance was established during the conference of the World Federation of Neuro Oncology held at Edinburgh (UK) in May 2005. It seeks to be an alliance of support, advocacy and information groups for brain tumour patients and caregivers in different countries and also includes researchers, scientists, clinicians and allied health professionals who work in the area of brain tumours.
Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada
The Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada supports research into the cause and cure of brain tumors, strives to support and improve the quality of life of those affected, and provides information about brain tumors to the public at large.

National Brain Tumor Foundation
The mission of the National Brain Tumor Foundation is two-fold. First, they provide patients and families the information they need to successfully cope with their illness and secondly, they fund promising research that will result in more effective treatments and eventually a cure. This Web site will help answer many questions about brain tumor diagnosis, treatments and how to cope; this site also includes responses to frequently asked questions about brain tumors, information about brain tumor types, background on brain tumor treatments and rehabilitation and clinical trials.

The Canadian Alliance of Brain Tumour Organizations
The Canadian Alliance of Brain Tumour Organizations (CABTO) is an alliance of volunteer organizations dedicated to enhancing quality of life of brain tumour patients and families, advocating, politically and publically for better patient care and increased govenment funding for brain tumour research and collectively accomplishing objectives that would be impossible for the member organizations to do alone.
