Therapists in all areas are heavily committed to clinical teaching at the University of Toronto (U of T). They supervise placements for students, and several have received teaching awards from U of T. In addition, many hold status appointments at U of T.
Most therapists are actively involved in quality teams in their clinical areas or department. In all areas, staff members are active in special interest groups, meeting with therapists from other treatment facilities for educational and research purposes. Staff members are also actively involved in both departmental and hospital-level committees that help to promote the hospital's mission and vision.
