Healthy Living Centre

The Centre runs two programs: the Seniors’ Wellness Program and the Diabetes Education Centre. The goal of these programs is to support quality of life while helping patients cope with chronic illness or the problems of aging. These programs are designed for the community served by the Toronto Western Hospital.
