Plastic Surgery

Plastic Surgery services include General Plastic Surgery services and Aesthetic Surgery services.

General Plastic Surgery Services
General Plastic Surgery services are provided by attending staff surgeons, senior plastic surgery residents, junior surgical residents, and senior medical students in their 3rd and 4th years of medical training.

These clinic services are provided upon referral by a physician or specialist:

• New patient consultations
• Post-operative follow-up
• Ongoing treatment for conditions such as leg ulcers, and diabetic feet

Aesthetic Surgery Services
Aesthetic Surgery services are provided by the senior plastic surgery resident with the support of the attending staff surgeon.

These clinic services* are provided upon referral by a physician or specialist:

• New patient consultations
• Pre-operative visit (once patients have been booked for surgery)
• Post-operative follow-up

*There is no charge to the patient for the consultations or follow-up clinic visits; however patients are responsible for full payment for the use of the Main Operating Room as well as for the costs of their overnight admission to the hospital.
