This multidisciplinary clinic helps patients and their families cope with chronic kidney disease and its complications. With the help of physicians, nurses, a social worker, a pharmacist, and a dietitian, we provide a variety of services to patients.

• Education about kidney disease and treatment options for end-stage renal disease
