The Patient Relations office is available to support you, the patient and your family during your stay or visit to the hospital. We provide patients and families with an opportunity to express compliments, concerns, questions and suggestions.
The Patient Relations office exists to strengthen, personalize and enhance the relationship among patients, their families and the health-care team.
Feel free to call Patient Relations when you, a patient, or a family member:

| • | When you have general questions or a need for information concerning the services and/or processes at UHN. |
| • | When you wish to share ideas for making services better. |
| • | When you have questions about rights or legal obligations. |
| • | When you have concerns, or grievances, about services or interactions with staff or physicians. |
