- Basic Physician access. Does NOT include medication order entry (MOE) or medication administration record (MAR).
- Applicable ONLY to physicians and medical students at PMH, and most onsite clinics.
- Basic physician access plus medication order entry (MOE) / medication administration record (MAR) access.
- Applicable to all UHN physicians (including consulting services), and medical students at TGH/TWH inpatient areas who have not previously had Electronic Patient Record access at UHN.
- Applicable to UHN physicians (including consulting services), and medical students at TGH/TWH with previous basic physician access who now require medication order entry access.
- Assumes knowledge of basic EPR functionality.
