Blended Learning – NEW!
The Blended Learning program is an alternative to the traditional instructor-led class training, and is currently available to UHN Residents, Fellows, Staff Physicians, and Medical Students for the UHN Electronic Patient Record (EPR) training. The program allows users to complete training through online modules that can be accessed 24/7, from any computer with a High-Speed INTERNET connection. Following the online component, users will complete a brief in-class Applied Knowledge Test to gain access to the UHN Electronic Patient Record (EPR). Click here for more information.

Microsoft Office 2000 Computer Based Training (CBT) Courses
Computer Based training in our Multi-media Lab can be booked for the following timeslots:
Monday to Thursday
10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00
Monday and Tuesday – Extended Hours
16:00 to 18:00
Most modules take 1– 2 sessions to complete.

Course Fee:
Free for UHN employees and volunteers.
CBT training is offered for $30 per 2-hour session for non-UHN staff.

Microsoft Office 2000 Instructor-led Courses
Business courses are open to non-UHN employees.

•	Instructor-led courses are scheduled as a one-day course from 09:00 to 16:00.
•	Call for class dates.
•	Course fee: $150.00

Payment Information for Microsoft Courses

•	Payment is to be submitted to SIMS Education: Cost is payable at the start of the class, unless other arrangements have been made.
•	Payment method: cash, cheque or, upon arrangement, we will forward an Invoice to client’s organization.
•	Cheque to be issued for UHN – SIMS Education.

Upon depositing cash or cheque, the payer will receive an official receipt, which can be also used for tax refund.
