Q. Do I have to pay for delivery of my books and items?
A. Yes, you will have to pay for the delivery of your items. You may find more information about delivery charges once you've entered the Indigo website.

Q. How long does it take to have books and other items delivered?
A. Delivery times differ depending on shipping method and availability of items. Basic guidelines are available through the Indigo website.

Q. How will I know that 8.5 per cent of my purchase price has been donated to UHN’s Patient Education Network?
A. Indigo will report on purchase volume monthly to UHN. Indigo will not report on any personal information.

Q. What do you mean by 8.5 per cent* of my “purchase price”?
A. Indigo will donate 8.5 per cent of your book, music or DVD purchases, calculated before taxes and shipping charges. Similarly, 6 per cent of toy purchases will also be donated towards patient education at UHN.

Q. If I am A UHN employee and shop in store, will 8.5 per cent of my purchase be donated to Patient Education Network at UHN?
A. No. Only purchases made online through www.uhn.ca/indigo will result in a donation to patient education at UHN.

Q. If I return an item that I purchased online will the donation be cancelled?
A. Yes. Only completed purchases generate a contribution to patient education at UHN.

Q. Can anyone purchase books through www.uhn.ca/indigo?
A. Yes. And we hope that you will share www.uhn.ca/indigo with your friends and family – the more people who do their book shopping online through this address, the more patient education at UHN will benefit.

* UHN will receive 8.5% of your online book, music, DVD purchases and 6% of your online toy purchases ( before tax and shipping charges ). Please note - purchases of used books, iPods, and gift certificates are not included in the program.
