Mentorship Program for Multi-Organ Transplant (MOT)

Developed in response to an identified need, the Mentorship program was initiated to create peer support. These mentors are volunteers who have previously had a transplant. They receive training and support from our Transplant team to act as mentors to newly transplanted patients and their families.
