Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is the medical use of 100% oxygen at increased atmospheric pressure. It is the primary theray/treatment for the following conditions:

  1. Under water divers suffering from decompression sickness, also known as "the bends"
  2. Cerebral arterial gas embolism
  3. Carbon monoxide poisoning
