Nutrition Department in UHN

The department of Nutrition Services is a dynamic department that encompasses Patient Food Services and Catering Services for UHN with over 160 staff. We produce approximately 2100 patient trays per day and work closely with Clinical Nutrition to meet patient nutritional needs and support the dietetic internship program.

Clinical Nutrition

More than 35 dietitians work in Clinical Nutrition, both at University Health Network and in community collaborations. Our clinical service area strives to be internationally recognized as a nutrition leader by achieving excellence in the fields of patient care, education, research and community collaboration.
