This exciting one-day conference is designed for all Health Professionals who are passionate about wound care. Renowned speakers will be focusing on interprofessional collaboration across the continuum.

Conference Fee:
$150.00 CAD (includes breakfast and lunch)

We only accept online payment by Visa or MasterCard. No cheques will be accepted. Cancellation/Refund Policy - In case of cancellation, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. Registration includes conference materials, continental breakfast and lunch.

About the Hotel
UHN will have a block of rooms set aside for the conference. Attendees can make their reservation by calling the reservations department directly by calling (toll free) 1-866-470-5464 or sending an email to reservations@onekingwest.com. Attendees should quote "UHN Wound Care Conference" or Group Code 10N4K0. Attendees have until January 25, 2012 to reserve their suites at the following group rates:

$169 Superior Suites
$209 Premium Suites
$249 One Bedroom Suites

Valet parking is available for $35.00/ vehicle. Parking options in the area can be seen on this information sheet. Oversized vehicles will need to use the surface lot noted on the information sheet. Also, One King West is directly connected to the PATH (Commerce Court East), the Subway (King Street station) and on the King streetcar line.
