In 1992 the holdings of the Academy of Medicine Library were transferred to The Toronto Hospital Libraries.
The Academy of Medicine Collection houses seminal works in clinical medicine, history of medicine, and medical biography. At the present time the collection includes close to 1200 journal titles and 15 000 monographs published between 1850 and 1960. The Canadian materials are of special focus.
The monograph collection may be accessed during regular library hours or through HealthSearch @ TTH.
