The relationship between
clinical deformities and radiological changes in patients with Psoriatic
Arthritis: We are in a unique position to perform such an investigation,
since we are the only Centre in the world with a longitudinal database
containing information collected in a prospective manner on a large number
of patients with Psoriatic Arthritis. This study will be based on information
already collected in our regular clinic assessments of our patients. It
is designed to test the theory that inflammation leads to damage. If proven
correct, it will pave the way for a systematic therapeutic approach to
Psoriatic Arthritis.
