The Asthma Centre is staffed by a team of health care
professionals whose goal is to offer the best of asthma
care, not only through the prescribing of medication
but through a program of patient and family education
that will make each patient and family effective partners
in care. In addition, the Asthma Centre is a training
ground for health professionals and maintains an active
program of clinical and basic research.
