The Patient Relations office is available to support you, the patient and your family during your stay or visit to the hospital. We provide patients and families with an opportunity to express compliments, concerns, questions and suggestions.
The Patient Relations office exists to strengthen, personalize and enhance the relationship among patients, their families and the health-care team.
Feel free to call Patient Relations when you, a patient, or a family member:
| • | Want to express thanks or gratitude to a member of the UHN staff, physicians, students, or volunteers. |
| • | When you have general questions or a need for information concerning the services and/or processes at UHN. |
| • | When you wish to share ideas for making services better. |
| • | When you have questions about rights or legal obligations. |
| • | When you have concerns, or grievances, about services or interactions with staff or physicians. |
| • | If you need supportive listening. |

The office is located at Toronto General Hospital in the R. Fraser Elliot Building, 190 Elizabeth Street, 1st floor. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
