In
1997, the disciplines of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech-Language
Pathology were integrated into the single department of Rehabilitation
Services. Therapy staff are located at all three sites of the University
Health Network - Toronto General Hospital (TGH), Toronto Western Hospital
(TWH) and Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH). Rehabilitation Services maintains
an overall departmental structure, with two site-based managers for Allied
Health- one at TWH and one for TGH and PMH. There are also practice leaders
in all three disciplines lead service based teams of therapists within
their respective professions.
Departmental
