Located at 90 Gerrard St. W. at Bay St., the Residence is across the street from Toronto General Hospital and a minute walk from Princess Margaret Hospital.

The Residence offers reasonably-priced accommodation for patients, families, staff and residents who need a place to stay for one day, one week, monthly or long-term.

Every guest room features a single or double bed, desk, vanity and individual climate control. Each of the 15 guest floors offers the comfort of a TV lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities.
